?Permaculture Design Certification Course?

Hello All,
I have been searching for Permaculture Design Certification Courses in the Syracuse or surrounding area. I would also consider an online class. Can anyone direct me to a good resource? I am an ecologist and civil engineer with a strong interest in aquaponics and native, sustainable and/or working landscaping at the home level.
