Community Training in Ecological Design begins next week
There are about a half-dozen seats still available for the upcoming Community Training in Ecological Design course in Montour Falls, Schuyler County, NY.
Learn to design your garden, backyard, or small woodlot using an ecological design method. Choose your own design project such as a garden space, vacant lot, field, forest, or even an entire neighborhood that you seek to improve food and forest production, conserve resources, save money, and meet other goals in a sustainable manner.
The Finger Lakes Permaculture Institute will be offering the course from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on the weekend of February 12th & 13th and will continue on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 9:00 pm from February 15th though April 12th.
Classes will be held at the Schuyler County Human Services Building at 323 Owego Street in Montour Falls, NY.
Tuition is a sliding scale $200 to $400, based on what you can afford.
