TOMORROW – Thursday, February 4th

The Montour Falls Library, 406 W Main St, Montour Falls NY (http://montourfallslibrary.org/) will host Steve Gabriel at 7:00 to talk about his new book, co-authored with Ken Mudge, Farming in the Woods. (www.farmingthewoods.com)

Steve lives in Mecklenburg with wife Elizabeth where they produce maple syrup, log-grown mushrooms, duck eggs, and pastured lamb.

The book is filled with information on mushrooms, sugaring, ginseng, fruit and nut trees, and more. Steve will do a few readings from the book and talk about some of the crops suitable for growing in the Finger Lakes. A book signing will follow.

Books will be available for $35 (12% off cover price) – cash or check preferred.
