Straw Bale Workshop Saturday Nov 7th in Shelburne Falls, MA!

HI All!
This is a special opportunity to gather for a full day of natural building lessons and experience the raising of a straw bale wall . We will tour the natural home, hear from the builders about design and construction decisions they they have made, peer into a bunch of details about the construction process, construct the wall system, and share some time networking together on Saturday November 7th!

We are planning to get started around 8:00/8:30 and spend the full day together, until about 4:00/5:00. The location is just outside the town center of Shelburne Falls, MA. Plan to bring a picnic lunch and snacks for the day. Please RSVP soon so we can tend to the planning details for the day.

STRAW BALE WALL ASSEMBLY WORKSHOP: The first will be on Saturday November 7th, a Full Day Workshop, with opportunities to learn about a straw bale wall construction directly from experience alongside the natural builders… This is happening in Shelburne Falls at a newly built (and continuing to be built) home where you can see all phases of construction in demonstration and participate in a wall construction!
